Term 1 Holidays at The Speech Tree have been jam-packed! We’ve been hosting holiday groups, running regular assessment and therapy sessions, planning for Term 2 group and AHA sessions, and conducting parent feedback sessions for our group clients.
Last Tuesday, we had our professional development day which was all about growth and bonding as a team. Our theme for the day? Curiosity! 🤔 We explored our team identity and shared our curious wonderings and potential ideas for the future. We can't wait to put some of our ideas into action, making The Speech Tree experience even better!
But the day wasn't all serious work! We put our teamwork to the test at Hijinx Hotel, tackling challenge rooms. The competition was fierce between our two teams, the Sombrero Sleuths and the Spectacle Solvers, but guess who emerged victorious? 🏆 No surprises here - Frances led the Sleuths to victory 😆 ~ Ally 💬🌳

Yellow Ladybugs 2024 Conference – Nurturing and empowering autistic girls & gender diverse students is kicking off on the 18th of June 2024.

I am so excited to be part of the team that are deep diving into how to nurture and empower autistic girls and gender diverse students.
